Cai Qijiao 蔡其矫

Qijiao Cai, born in 1918, spent his childhood in Indonesia with his family, which originally came from Fujian, China. He is a writer by profession, member of Fujian Writers Association. His early poems were published in three books, Echoes (Writers Press, China, 1956), Echoes the Sequel (Writers Press, China, 1956), and The Sound of Billows (Shanghai New Literary Press, China, 1957). His poems of recent 20 years are collected in four books, Against the Wind, Dual Rainbows, Fujian, and Selections of Qijiao Cai (Hong Kong Literature Study Press).
